March Into Madness
Program Overview
A four-week, tournament-inspired CrossFit program where every session is a round closer to your fitness ‘final four!’ Blend fun, bracket-style metcons with structured strength training for full-court fat loss, serious conditioning, and strength maintenance. Themed metcons mimic the intensity of March competition—upping variety and energy while ensuring safe and progressive training week to week.

Full Court Press Push
A push-dominant strength and conditioning workout building chest, shoulders and triceps, while kicking off the tournament with pressing intensity. Sets the tone for relentless competition throughout the cycle.
Slam Dunk Pull Party
A back-and-biceps focused day that develops pulling strength and grip, inspired by the hustle and highlight moments of March. Stay in the tourney with strong, balanced upper body pulls.
Madness Mobility Meltdown
Let your legs lead the tourney this week: build strong quads, glutes, and hamstrings while prepping for the next rounds. You’ll squat, hinge, and step with power befitting March’s main event.
Final Fourth Quarter Engine
Go end-to-end in this March Madness-inspired engine day with a competitive, bracket-style cardio metcon. Burn fat, boost endurance, and fuel your will to win the next round.
Tip-Off Total Body
A full body session picking up the leftovers from the week, prioritizing non-repeated movement patterns as you tip off into the weekend. It helps strengthen 'every angle' for a complete March run.
