Polar Power is a 4-week arctic-themed program fusing full-body strength with chilly, calorie-melting conditioning circuits. Each session explores a different wintry wilderness—balancing push, pull, legs, and engine efforts while progressing strength and endurance for fat loss. You’ll stay frosty with heart-pumping intervals, adventurous combinations, and progressive overload, all while keeping muscle and motivation on ice.

Frostbite Pull
A controlled blizzard of pulling for the back and biceps—layering strength sets with movement variety and grip work. Builds the back to weather any arctic storm.
Tundra Thunder
Full lower-body leg day packed with squats and explosive accessory work—designed to shake up muscle and melt icy stubbornness from quads, hamstrings, and glutes.
Blizzard Blast
Arctic engine day! A blizzard of monostructural, bodyweight, and light DB/KB work to torch calories and sharpen conditioning. The chillest way to heat up your metabolism.
Polar Express
Rotating full body day with compound moves and frosty circuit fun—balances weekly training with all-around strength, power, and a Siberian-storm sprint finisher.
